The (usually) unseen field users

We have a number of rabbit burrows in the field but seeing them is another matter. After the snow it was amazing how many Rabbit tracks there were. One of the surprising things was how many were heading into the woodland, not the area I associate with a Rabbit population. You may have noticed tracks across long grass in the fenced off area of field we don’t graze. The snow revealed which animals use them: Rabbits and not surprisingly also Fox.
